Wow! What an experience I have to share with you. I just returned from Vancouver where I attended the "Unleash the Power Within"
Conference with the amazing Tony Robbins. The entire experience was incredible. On day one I was able to overcome my fear and walk on fire! Fear is the only thing stopping us from moving forward and I was able to move over 2,000 degree Fahrenheit Hot Coals! And that was just Day One. The conference got more powerful each day after that for a full four days. Intense!
Tony Robbins himself is an incredible individual. I have devoted much of my "free" time to studying the psychology of Self Improvement and this weekend was worth every minute and dollar spent. Tony Robbins says "There is always room in your life for thinking bigger, pushing limits and imagining the impossible" and that's exactly where I am now, "Imagining the impossible" - I thought I had a pretty good outlook on life and didn't even realize that I could be holding myself back but now I am changing my beliefs that have been holding me back , so Watch Out! Here comes the New and Improved Greg Writer!
If you have any questions about my experience, I would love to share with you
Have an outstanding day!

I remember when I was a owner of a brokerage firm back when the market crashed in October 1987 and I also remember the Savings and Loan debacle too.
If I remember correctly there were about 800 banks that failed and the market dropped 20% on that gloomy day!
I lost over a million dollars in stock worth that day! I would have jumped out of the window but I was only on the 2nd floor.
But I also remember that our market recovered in 15 months.
Now don't get me wrong I can’t believe what is going on!! It is amazing to me that firms like Bear Sterns, Lehmann brothers, etc. have gone belly up, but I prefer to maintain a very positive outlook.
I think that this will really help the entrepreneurs, because I believe that regardless of who gets elected capital gains tax will be reduced, for sure if McCain is elected and maybe with Obama. McCain came out today and said he would lower capital gains tax from 15% to 7%! Yea baby that’s what we need!
It only makes sense that they (either candidate) would lower capital gains to inspire investing which causes job creation.
I also feel really strong that this was the straw that broke the camels back and the American public is going to clean house on some of the crooked politicians and we are going to hold them to a higher standard.
I know, even as I write this, it sounds like a pipe dream, but I like the glass is half full approach.
We can only pray, have faith and believe!

I can not remember another election year where I was so caught up n the race....and so opinionated, so I even created a category on my blog to share my thoughts and opinions.
I wish I liked to type because I could give you an ear full, but I don't so I won't.
Well I am very happy that Governor Palin held her own against Senator Biden tonight.
Joe Biden was very good, I like him more that Obama, but this debate was not about Biden. This whole debate was about Sarah Palin and could she redeem herself after the her poor showing with Katie Curic. And as a registered Republican I was very happy to see her go toe to toe for 90 minutes with a 30+ veteran!!
She held her ground, showed incredible confidence an related to the average American, and the exit polling has already shown that she knocked the balll out of the park with independents.
I am confident that this will give the GOP a bump in the polls and some renewed energy that should give McCain yet another chance to surge ahead of Barack Obama coming into the election. Yes I think he has had more than one chance to put this election away but did not take advantage of the opportunities.
And yes I know Monday morning quarterbacking is easy, so I will abstain from a rant on what he should have done, and making myself look like a genius :) but my hat is off to Sarah Palin for NOT loosing the race tonight!
