Business Description: Children’s Educational Network, Inc. is a Software company that is developing and marketing a fully integrated suite of Internet software products that enable parents to provide children a safe platform and meaningful tools to accelerate their children’s education, entertainment, and exploration of the “Information Superhighway” free from hate, violence, pornography and online predators. Our Core Product, the TUKI™ Browser, combines an online membership community and aggregation of the best content on the Web for kids. It features interchangeable browser themes, Internet filter and parental controls.
Distribution Strategy: Develop strategic relationships with companies, organizations, celebrities and other high profile individuals that allow the Company to leverage brand names to market and distribute the Company’s Private Labeled products and services. Private labeling allows the Company to eliminate “customer acquisition costs”, share partner databases, be faster to market, and attain a higher customer acquisition ratio through the affiliation with trusted market names.
Marketing Strategy: TUKI™ is offered as a free software download, attracting a large customer base which we up-sale to a paid Club TUKI™ Primo Membership with premium content/services. Advertising revenue is generated from sponsors by placing their content within TUKI™ software and web sites. We collect licensing fees and revenue sharing through a “Private Label” browser program allowing business partners to increase their revenue, expand market share, build customer loyalty and increase brand awareness. The Company also builds and leverages the Company’s database to promote e-commerce of relevant educational and family products and services to specific target audiences.
Market/Growth Potential: Over 53 million American youths (from the ages of four to sixteen, US Only) use the Internet at home with little safety education protection. Explosively growing negative trends exist on the Internet such as online predators, pornography, sexually exploitation, drugs, violence and hate. Well-defined large target audiences are desirous of purchasing products to provide a safe and educational Internet experience for their children. Competition is focused on selling safety filtering vs. the Company’s philosophy of leveraging recognizable brands to assist in marketing and distributing the Company’s products, which are socially attractive – protecting and educating children.
